The PMAM GLAStar Committee is currently planning the line-up of education for 2013. The educational sessions will have something of interest for everyone in the apartment industry! PMAM will host the 18th Annual GLAStar Awards Gala on November 15, 2013 at Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center in East Lansing, Michigan. The event honors "excellence in the multifamily housing industry" and is black tie optional. Winners are presented with prestigious PMAM GLAStar Awards in industry related categories followed by a celebration to honor them.
All entries will be on display to be viewed by attending property management professionals and business partners doing business in the apartment industry in Michigan.

PMA of West Michigan Online University
PMAWM has partnered with the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) and LeaseHawk to launch a universal online-based Learning Management System (LMS) that will be utilized across all NAA affiliates.
On this new system, you can sign up for PMAWM’s in person courses and seminars, and take online courses 24 hours a day. These interactive online courses are designed to last about an hour. You can take any of the courses without leaving the office or home, and you are able to go at your own pace.
PMAM announces release of Bed Bug Addendum
PMAM released a sample Bed Bug Addendum on November 10, 2010. It is recommended that anyone using this sample addendum seek legal counsel for review of the document prior to use.
