PMA of West Michigan Online University
PMAWM has partnered with the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) and CallSource to launch a universal online-based Learning Management System (LMS) that will be utilized across all NAA affiliates.
On this new system, you can sign up for PMAWM’s in person courses and seminars, and take online courses 24 hours a day. These interactive online courses are designed to last about an hour. You can take any of the over 60 courses without leaving the office or home, and you are able to go at your own pace.

Congratulations to PMAM GLAStar Award Winners 2011
Since 1995 the Great Lakes Area Star (GLAStar) Awards have honored excellence in the Michigan apartment industry. The winners receive recognition and a prestigious award at the Gala Awards dinner each November. All members of the Property Management Association of Michigan (PMAM) are eligible to enter. Property Management Professionals and Business Partners (vendor members) may enter as many categories as they choose, each entry is submitted on an entry board with supporting materials. All Property Management categories are applicable to conventional and affordable housing. Business Partners have their own categories. Deadline for entries for GLAStar 2012 is September 28, 2012 at 5:00 pm! You can submit your entries EARLY!
The PMAM Great Lakes Area Star (GLAStar) Awards were presented on Friday, November 4, 2011 at the Kellogg Conference Center in East Lansing. The event was attended by over 600 property management professionals.
