PMAWM Board of Directors Election
The PMAWM Call for Nominations is requested annually (August/September). Voting occurs throughout October and in the beginning of November. The November election date deadline is listed on the ballot.

WHO SHOULD SEEK NOMINATION?
Each year the PMAWM seeks engaged, committee, creative business minds to join the Board of Directors. Candidate should be able to attend the majority of meetings, with an attempt to be at all scheduled meetings. Meetings are generally held every other month at a time as determined by the Board. Candidates should be committed to at least one Committee and plan to attend the PMAM Leadership Orientation Day held in November. Ideal candidates are encouraged to and should be willing to complete the PMAM Leadership Lyceum Program (held biannually.
The PMAWM Board of Directors are those who want to be outstanding industry leaders, and continually engage in the growth of the organization. As a Board Member, you are a valued trustee of the Association, and must uphold the mission to advocate, educate and engage the rental housing industry to positively impact our members and the communities they serve.

State (PMAM) Election
The State Association (PMAM) is also holding an election for the PMAM Board of Directors (2020/2021 term). They currently have 2 seats open for Vendor (Business Partner) Members. Ballot votes are due by 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 14th.
