Printable Membership Application for PMA of West Michigan

Application fee: $25 (required for all application types)

Community Dues: $160 plus $30 per property plus $1.28 per unit
Management Company will combine all their Communities under $160 fee plus $1.28 per unit within the charter region of greater Grand Rapids, along the Lakeshore and Benton Harbor/St Joseph, Battle Creek and Kalamazoo.

Vendor Dues: $295 per year
