She has been an attorney since 1979 and has taught Fair Housing law to the multi-family housing industry since the Fair Housing Amendments Act went into effect in 1989. She has been asked to speak numerous times for the National Apartment Association and the Multi-Housing World annual conventions. Description: R-410A Universal Safety and Training (and Testing)
HVACR service personnel need to know the facts to keep safe. The EPA has established the phase out of the HCFC R-22 with no production or importing beginning in 2020. However, equipment manufacturers must phase out the use of HCFC R-22 in new units by January 1, 2010.

The Universal R-410A Safety and Training Program provides an understanding to the safe handling, proper charging, operating characteristics, proper applications, and general use of R-410A refrigerant.

Ms. Seager began her marketing career in 1976 in Indianapolis, Indiana. During her 13-year tenure, she held a prestigious position as Marketing/Training Director overseeing 12 apartment communities in the Greater Indianapolis and Southern Indiana area.

In 1989, Ms. Seager was recruited by HPC Publishing where she successfully launched the Columbus Apartment Guide publication and increased its size from 92 to 452 pages. In 1995 she was promoted to National Sales Trainer and was instrumental in training all new sales personnel while developing and implementing a new National Sales Training Program. In 1996, Patty was promoted to Midwest Regional Director overseeing eight markets n seven cities (Columbus, Chicago, Indianapolis, Dayton, Cincinnati, Detroit, and Cleveland).
Some of Ms. Seager's award winning achievements include:

* CAA Associate Member of the Year

Federal regulations require that persons who work with regulated refrigerants be certified. The certification exam verifies that the person has read and understands the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act.
